Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA)

OCIA is the means by which adults wishing to join the Catholic faith or complete their sacraments in the Catholic faith may do so. There are three primary sacraments of  initiation:  Baptism, Eucharist and Confirmation.  Reconciliation is a sacrament that those who have already been baptized (as Catholics or another Christian faith) will also complete prior to Easter.   This is a year long faith formation process for teenagers through adults.  Class may be led by Fr. Jim Rafferty, another priest, deacon or lay person.  They will be on Monday evenings at 6:30 p.m. for approximately an hour in the gathering space adjacent to the church.  Classes will start September 16 and continue through April 14, 2025.
