St. Mary of the Annunciation is a Roman Catholic Church and as such only marriages joining at least one practicing Catholic are allowed. If either party has a prior marriage, regardless of where that marriage took place, it will need to be resolved in accordance with the teachings of the church. In some cases this requires a significant amount of time, no marriage preparation can be started until all prior marriages have been resolved. If you have questions concerning prior marriages please contact the parish office.
At least one party must be a registered and attending parishioner for 3 months in order to begin preparing for marriage at St. Mary. If you are not receiving envelopes, lent, advent or CSA mailings you are probably not registered. The registration form to join the parish can be found on the home page of this website.
If you are member of another parish a letter of permission will need to be obtained from the Pastor of that church.
