The Sacraments of the Catholic Church

There are seven sacraments in the Catholic Church:
Baptism
Reconciliation
Eucharist
Confirmation
Marriage
Holy Orders
Anointing of the Sick

The first five listed are generally a part of person's faith development and details are contained on these pages regarding the preparation needed to receive them at St. Mary.

Holy Orders is when a person becomes a member of religious order or community such as a nun, priest or brother.

Anointing of the Sick is sometimes referred to as Last Rites, though it is rite fully used when a person is seriously ill or facing surgery.  Contact the parish office if someone you know is in need of anointing.
