Christian Service is a large part of our parish community.  In serving those in need we fulfill God's call to feed the hungry, clothe the poor, give drink to the thirsty and many other acts of charity.  By reaching out to others we are reaching out to Christ himself, for He is the homeless person, the hungry child, the thirsty stranger, He is the one in need ............

We are home to a food pantry that is open on the third Saturday of the month from 10 to noon.

Christnet is working to create a permanent location for a homeless shelter to serve the downriver area.  We encourage you to support the important work they are doing.
